Scope and Eligibility

These terms govern use of theshtlabs.com and purchases made through it. Separate Subscription Terms apply to recurring purchases. You must be at least 18 to order and provide accurate account, delivery and payment information.

Product Information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Packaging, colour and presentation may vary slightly from screen images. Always check the physical label for the final ingredient list, directions and warnings.

Food Supplement Notice

THE SHT products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. They should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Follow the label. If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, living with a medical condition or unsure about suitability, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order as stated in our confirmation or dispatch communication. We may refuse or cancel for failed payment, unavailable stock, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or inability to fulfil.

Prices, Delivery and Payment

The total product price, applicable taxes and delivery charge will be shown before checkout. Delivery is not automatically free. By paying, you authorise the stated charge. Subscription customers also authorise recurring charges under the Subscription Terms.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import VAT, brokerage or similar charges. Unless checkout expressly says these are included, they are the recipient's responsibility.

Intellectual Property

Website copy, photography, designs, trade marks, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to THE SHT LABS LTD and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

Liability and Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for consumer business losses.

Governing Law

For UK consumers, the law and courts available under applicable UK consumer rules apply. International consumers may also have mandatory local rights which these terms do not override.
