Where We Ship

We ship within the UK and to international destinations made available at checkout. Availability can vary due to carrier, customs, product or regulatory restrictions.

UK Delivery Target

Our target UK delivery time is 24-48 hours after dispatch. This is a target unless a shipping service is expressly sold as guaranteed. Processing time may apply before dispatch.

International Delivery

International shipping takes longer. Estimates shown at checkout can be affected by customs, local carriers, public holidays and destination requirements.

Charges and Customs

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are not automatically free. International recipients may also be responsible for import duties, local taxes or customs/brokerage fees unless checkout says otherwise.

Tracking and Subscription Refills

Where available, tracking will be sent by email, SMS, account page or carrier notification. Recurring refill orders are generated according to your subscription schedule. Keep your address current in MY SHT.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

Contact info@theshtlabs.com with your order number. We may ask for photographs of damage so we can investigate. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
